What the hell is going on with Amanda Bynes?

The question asked 7 years ago when she went on a rampage about Drake, his looks, and felonies he could commit in her private areas.

I personally found the tweets scream-laugh hilarious.

I admit, I also felt concerned. The bizarreness of these worldwide messages from one former child star to another, left many questions unanswered.
