I would put a special emphasis on teeth placement. No man wants his dick raked by your incisors. Sometimes you have to fold your lips which can become a drain. And depending on how your positioned, sucking dick can be hard on the neck. Again depending on the woman, your hair may get in the way and yuck! Who wants pubes in their mouth? It does happen.
