Be Nice to You Dammit!

We are our worst critics. Why is it so hard for women to go easy on ourselves? Give ourselves a big ole' heaping spoonful of that self-love stuff? Maybe sprinkle some self-kindness on our salads? It's amazing that many of my girlfriends that have kids are women who go to the reaches of hell, climbing mountains, braving fire, capturing stars, moving heaven and earth for their children,

And somehow feel they're bad mothers.

Women are the crux of the family, and therefore are the crux of society. We raise villages. Govern nations. Create and educate warriors and sages. With all this, we manage to feel like we don't do enough.

We need to cut that shit out.

Speaking for myself, on any given day I have over 100 things to do and I'm not exaggerating.

One
Hundred
Things.

Possibly 200. Even as I type this now, I'm pivoting between activities. I need to make an appointment at the Sprint store because my phone qualifies for hospice. I'm eating only bitefuls of my lunch, multi-tasking between documents (so much for mindful eating.. but that's another post). I have a stack of papers to go through, info to send for my new computer, a fiverr gig to check on, a French and Spanish translation to finish and I'm going to try and work in a mani-pedi before the Sprint store.

That's just what I have to do within the next hour.

Plus,

I just got my LLC. (whoop whoop!)  Now I can take this here bloggy (among my other business endeavors) to whole 'nother level.

Yeehaw!

But I'm just one person.

Am I overwhelmed? Absolutely. A better question would be when am I not overwhelmed? It's no surprise with as much as I shoulder each day, this is my third week in physical therapy for shoulder pain.

I work and do and do and work. With all I try to get done, I had no idea that piling more work onto my plate was a form of self-abuse.

The things we learn as we go, I tell ya.

I know I have an inner mean girl, but I didn't realize the shit she talks about me. I thought she only talked about other people because you know, they deserve it. I see now that she has no favorites. She verbally cuts me the way she would any gorgeous, other-worldly goddess.

She genuinely tries to break me.

Welp. It's time to fight back.

Time to silence this inner critic so peace can have its say.

I find these tips to be more than helpful. They make sense and guide us towards the true solution:

Compassion.

Take it easy on yourselves my darlings! You don't have to do everything, every time for everyone.

10 Ways To Stop Being Mean To Yourself

We all have a mean girl living inside our heads and just like a mean girl on the playground, she makes you feel left out and like you don't belong. The Inner Mean Girl can be manipulative and competitive, driving you to work really hard (to the point of exhaustion), to compare yourself to those you think are "farther ahead," to make you keep adding more to your already-full plate.

Our Inner Mean Girl causes us to feel like we're never doing enough, or never being good enough. We feel like inept moms/daughters/writers/entrepreneurs/artists/you-name-it.

And what does this result in?

We become bullies to ourselves.

Your Inner Mean Girl is the pushy, sometimes critical, force within that fills your head with negative or obsessive thoughts. She drives you to make choices that sabotage you instead of support you,  and uses harsh (but very effective) tactics to do so. She's the force that catalyzes those toxic habits like overworking, over thinking, over-giving, comparing, trying to perfect, procrastinating. The list goes on.

Does any of this sound familiar?

The types of Inner Mean Girls range from "Doing Addicts," "Good Girls," "Perfectionists," "Worry Warts" and more.

Listed are 10 simple but helpful ways you can stop your self-bullying. If you can follow these practical tips, you are on your way to a more relaxed, fulfilling existence.

1. Transform comparison into inspiration.

What you see in others also exists within you — it’s just not fully expressed yet. So when your Inner Mean Girl (IMG) compares you to someone else trying to make you feel inferior, use it as an opportunity to get inspired. First, see what it is that you're responding to, and what you want to express. Take it a step further by reaching out to tell that person they inspire you. That's right, TELL THEM.

2. Don’t strive for perfection, just do enough.

When you can’t stop yourself from doing more, stop and ask, “What would enough look like?” Once you get your answer, do only that. This practice helps create emotional freedom, and will get easier as you continue to do it. Soon you'll enjoy all the extra space you created for yourself.

3. Instead of pushing yourself forward, love yourself forward.

Your IMG thinks being critical will motivate you. But guess what? She's wrong. Compassion is the force that will motivate you, not criticism. Next time you feel inclined to judge yourself, imagine a child learning to do something new. What would you say to them to encourage and support them? Would you belittle or berate them as inspiration? Tell yourself compassionate words.

4. Stop piling more onto your plate.

Practice saying "No." When you feel pressured to say “Yes,” because you "should" or "have to" do something, stop. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Then respond.
“No.”
"No" also leaves space for other things.

5. Find evidence of how much you’ve done and how awesome you are.

Sometimes the IMG conveniently likes to forget all of the awesome things you've done, just so it has ammunition to engage in self-criticism. So kick your "Achievers Amnesia" by making a list of five things you’ve accomplished recently, and five things you love about yourself. Read these over and over and soak them in. Write them and leave them in places you view often.

6. Find the desire under the pressure.

Usually when you are pressuring yourself to be farther ahead, it’s because you desire something. What is it you are striving for?  Find the desire and ask yourself, “What's the next step?”
Then, just do that. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.

7. Learn what triggers your Inner Mean Girl and be prepared for her attack.

Know what your top IMG “hot spot” is. In other words, does she show up in your career? Your romantic relationships? Your relationships with your body or money? Once you pinpoint it, you'll feel more empowered.

8. Let your Inner Mean Girl rant.

Stop repressing the self-bullying and say or write out what your IMG is filling your head with, so you can see just how "crazy" the thoughts are. Then, next time you have that thought, you’ll know you’re having an “Inner Mean Girl Attack” and can shut it down more quickly.

9. Create a stronger relationship with your Inner Wisdom.

In moments of fear or uncertainty, take a breath, put your hand on your heart, and ask yourself, “What does my Inner Wisdom know?” This is your truth.

10. Out your Inner Mean Girl to a friend.

When you are in the grips of your IMG and her fear, stress and criticism, it’s hard to shake her off — you need a “love line," a support system to talk to about what's going on, so you can free yourself from the restrictive force of your inner bully. So call a friend, tell her you are under Inner Mean Girl attack, let your IMG rant. Then ask your friend to tell you what her Inner Wisdom knows.

While you can’t exactly stop your Inner Mean Girl from showing up — especially in times of stress, uncertainty, and vulnerability — you can reform them so they stop sabotaging and start supporting you. You can transform your inner dialogue from mean girl to supportive friend. We all deserve a shoulder to lean on.

Why not start with yourself?

Unfortunate Coincidence

By the time you swear you're his,
Shivering and sighing.
And he vows his passion is,
Infinite, undying.

5 Key Mistakes Men Make When Dating

Dating can be fun or it can a nightmare. One never knows if the date they're on will lead to marriage or a restraining order, but still we play the game. Dinners, movies, flowers, drinks. None of this will make a difference if men commit any of the key mistakes below. Better than mistakes, they're deal breakers.

Women know when men aren't being themselves.
Women know when men aren't confident (even though we don't mention it).

We don't mention it because we also know your egos have the strength of rice paper.

But we still love you! So just be yourself and be confident! You know, the way you are with your guy friends.

Just don't talk about football.

Or pick your nose.

-WTS.

1) You Don't Have A Plan

Women are attracted to men with vision. They like a man who can be assertive and knows how to handle his business. The man that shows he is capable of taking the lead in a situation will be able to grab a woman's attention. So when she asks "so where are you taking me?" Answering her with "uugghh I don't know, where do you want to go?" in most cases is already starting off on the wrong foot. Have a plan in place... but just remain flexible if it doesn't work for her. You also should be able to show you have a plan for your life. You don't have to present some 10 year vision, but be able to express some short term goals and aspirations. Don't come off looking like a boy that is lost or you may constantly find yourself as a man that's alone.

2) You Aren't Confident

Maybe you're nervous around your date. Maybe you fear she won't enjoy herself or that you will do something to blow your chances. Either way, going into dating thinking like this makes it more likely things won't go well. Women are drawn to confidence and focusing on the negative will hinder your positive energy from shining through. So shake it off and get your mind on the right track. Be confident but don't be arrogant. Focus on having a great time and there is a much better chance she will as well.

3) You're Not Being Yourself

Sometimes we want to impress a woman so much that we end up trying to be someone we're not. Getting her under the guise of your "representative" may create immediate results, but you will pay a price in the long run. Not to mention it can all backfire that same day because you come off as phony and trying too hard. So just be yourself. She needs to like you as the man you are. A man who can acknowledge and embrace the areas that could use improvement in his life. If the current man you are isn't "enough" for most, then take some more time to focus on your growth. That will yield much better results than trying to be someone else in the meantime.

4) You Talk About Sex Too Much

If you truly want to have a relationship then you have to stop always making the conversation so sexual. You don't want to make it seem like you're only interested in one thing or that you're unable to hold a good conversation. It isn't that this topic should be off limits altogether, but don't always be the one to set it in that direction. This is the time to go deeper than the physical and see if you two really do connect and enjoy each other. I would even encourage you to avoid having sex too quickly with her. I understand that this sounds ridiculous to some, but hear me out. If she's good sexually, then a man's judgment can become very clouded. You may find yourself holding on to her for the wrong reasons which will eventually lead to a failed relationship. Focus on substance, not sex.

5) You Don't Ask About Her Enough (yes HER, remember HER?)

Don't go into dating as if it is an audition. Approach it more like it is an interview. You should be trying to get to know this woman and determine if she truly is someone you want to move forward with. You can't accomplish that if you are too busy talking about you, you, and you some more. How many times does she really need to hear about that business deal you're doing, or how you stay in the gym cause you're so buff, or whatever else you think is going to impress her. Making it all about you will run the risk of quickly turning her off. Make a conscious effort to ask about how she is doing. Give her an opportunity to share her thoughts and dreams. If you ever find yourself rambling on for too long then stop yourself and say "well enough about me, tell me more about you". Be willing to talk and share things about yourself but you shouldn't let it dominate the dating process.

What Mother's Day was SUPPOSED to be..

Capitalism knows no bounds. Nothings is off limits. Nothing is sacred. Anything can be exploited, including the love one feels for their mom. I absolutely feel mothers should be celebrated, but I also feel every day is Mother's Day. I don't necessary care for the commercial aspect of the holiday as it compels people to spend on this day more than any other. But hey. People can do whatever flips their skirt up.

Or Mom's.

I'm personally much more in favor of a "Mother's Peace Day" but that one didn't win out.

This lady's story seems like an episode of Seinfeld.

-WTS.

To all the mothers, and to those who might feel that this day, one when flower sales and brunch reservations go through the roof, is too overly commercialized -- you'll appreciate the story below.

Anna Jarvis (below) mothered Mother's Day a century ago. To see what her baby grew into would break her heart.

Anna Reeves Jarvis

Mother’s Day is a holiday honoring motherhood that is observed in different forms throughout the world. The American incarnation of Mother’s Day was created by Jarvis in 1908 and became an official U.S. holiday in 1914. Jarvis would later denounce the holiday’s commercialization and spent the latter part of her life trying to remove it from the calendar. Jarvis despised attempts to commercialize the "holy day" that she launched in memory of her mother, Ann. She fought tenaciously until her death to shield Mother's Day from "the hordes of money-schemers" that were hawking flowers, cards and candy.

Jarvis "is probably spinning in her grave," said Katharine Antolini, a board member and historian for the International Mother's Day Shrine in Grafton, West VA where the first celebration took place. "What we have today," said Antolini, "is not what Anna wanted." Not even close. Jarvis envisioned a day marked by hymns and prayers. She called for intimate family gatherings to "revive the dormant love and filial gratitude we owe to those who gave us birth." She wanted the focus and attention on a mother's devotion and sacrifice. It didn't take long, however, before some merchant got the idea of tossing up a SALE sign.

MOTHER’S DAY: EARLY INCARNATIONS

The roots of the modern American Mother’s Day date back to the 1800s. In the years before the Civil War (1861-65), Jarvis helped start “Mothers’ Day Work Clubs” to teach local women how to properly care for their children. These clubs later became a unifying force in a region of the country still divided over the Civil War. In 1868 Jarvis organized “Mothers’ Friendship Day,” at which mothers gathered with former Union and Confederate soldiers to promote reconciliation.

Another precursor to Mother’s Day came from the abolitionist and suffragette Julia Ward Howe. In 1870 Howe wrote the “Mother’s Day Proclamation,” a call to action that asked mothers to unite in promoting world peace. In 1873 Howe campaigned for a “Mother’s Peace Day” to be celebrated every June 2. Other early Mother’s Day pioneers include Juliet Calhoun Blakely, a temperance activist who inspired a local Mother’s Day in Albion, Michigan, in the 1870s. The duo of Mary Towles Sasseen and Frank Hering, meanwhile, both worked to organize a Mothers’ Day in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Some have even called Hering “the father of Mothers’ Day.”

THE OFFICIAL MOTHER’S DAY

Following her mother’s death in 1905, Anna conceived of Mother’s Day as a way of honoring the sacrifices mothers made for their children. After gaining financial backing from a Philadelphia department store owner named John Wanamaker, in May 1908 she organized the first official Mother’s Day celebration. That same day also saw thousands of people attend a Mother’s Day event at one of Wanamaker’s retail stores in Philadelphia.

Following the success of her first Mother’s Day, Jarvis—who remained unmarried and childless her whole life—resolved to see her holiday added to the national calendar. Arguing that American holidays were biased toward male achievements, she started a massive letter writing campaign to newspapers and prominent politicians urging the adoption of a special day honoring motherhood. By 1912 many states, towns and churches had adopted Mother’s Day as an annual holiday. Her persistence paid off in 1914 when President Woodrow Wilson signed a measure officially establishing the second Sunday in May as Mother’s Day.

Jarvis' Mother’s Day involved wearing a white carnation as a badge and visiting one’s mother or attending church services. But once Mother’s Day became a national holiday, it was not long before florists, card companies and other merchants capitalized on its popularity.

While Jarvis had initially worked with the floral industry to help raise Mother’s Day’s profile, by 1920 she had become disgusted with how the holiday had been commercialized. Jarvis seethed at what she perceived as corruption of the day. She was tenacious, if not "a little bizarre," in her efforts to ward off profiteers, Antolini said. In 1923, for instance, the New York Times reported that Jarvis crashed a confectioners' convention to issue demands. But, hard as she tried, she could not stop the cash registers from ringing. . . and ringing . . . and ringing. She outwardly denounced the transformation and urged people to stop buying Mother’s Day flowers, cards and candies. Jarvis eventually resorted to an open campaign against Mother’s Day profiteers, speaking out against confectioners, florists and even charities. She also launched countless lawsuits against groups that had used the name “Mother’s Day,” eventually spending most of her personal wealth in legal fees. By the time of her death Jarvis had disowned the holiday altogether, and even actively lobbied the government to see it removed from the American calendar.

Jarvis -- who never had a child of her own -- died bitter and destitute in 1948, her last days spent in a sanitarium.

Legend has it that florists, forever thankful for what Jarvis created, paid for her care. After all, one never forgets.

New Trend Alert: FREE BLEEDING

Let me just start this by saying NO fucking way. I'm all for the complete freedom of women, but this is messy, unsanitary, unhealthy, and disturbing. Not to mention this could become quite an expensive choice as clothes, furniture, underwear, beds, etc., become ruined. Blood may flow easily out of bodies, but it's hell to get out of fabrics. And suppose you have a disease? Your putting people in harms way could cause you to not only to infect others, but um..

Get sued by them. This is such a bad idea all round.

Who thought up this madness?

Some bored, over zealous college student probably.

Just No Ladies, NO.

Now for the story.

MODERN WOMAN DIGEST – A disturbing new trend is on the rise, thanks to extreme feminist bloggers and activists everywhere. The trend is something called “Free Bleeding,” in which a woman who is menstruating chooses to not use feminine products, in exchange for allowing her blood to flow “freely” out of her body, staining her clothing and running down her thighs to wherever it may end up.

The idea behind this movement is two different ideas. One, is that a woman’s time of the month should not be considered something unclean and unnatural, something to be hidden and cleaned up hastily before it has the chance to offend anyone who may become privy to the fact that said woman’s body is evacuating her loins of unused baby blood. The second, being that tampons, pads, and other feminine hygiene products are “man” made inventions, intended to inadvertently rape a woman during her period, thus furthering her victim status as a woman living in a world run by men. These two reasons combined, have produced the idea that women need to make a stand against the practice of wearing products which collect, absorb, and discard the menstrual flow. That by letting it run freely, is the way nature intended us to deal with our monthly.

For any normal woman, however, this idea is horrifying, and for equally as many reasons as the idea is spoken in favor of. If you’re like myself, a proud, intelligent, educated, and body-conscious woman of modern times, the reasons why this is a bad and ugly practice are quite apparent to you. But for those of you who are not blessed with the acute observational skills such as myself, I will gladly share my wisdom with you.

Firstly, this is not “how nature intended” us to deal with our menstrual discharge. If this was the case, nature would never have given us the enlightenment that we were to cover our bodies to begin with. Animals of lesser intelligence run around naked and without the use of proper tools to make their lives easier because they are just that, of lesser intelligence. Nature intended us to be vastly intelligent, and to use our intelligence to overcome our flaws. In our case, it has given us humans the advanced technological know-how to invent specific products to make our monthly easier to manage. Animals urinate, defecate, and bleed all over themselves and each other. We generally would like to think we’re above that kind of behavior. But not in the case of these Feminists, it would seem.

Second, the female reproductive system is host to over 7000 types of bacteria, some of which are helpful to the system, but many of which are not. These bacteria work together to create the odor and excretions that the female genitalia has been notoriously known for. As women, we need all the extra help we can get to remain clean “down there." Without the help of the many feminine hygiene products that are now available to us, our special place could be an intolerable wasteland of unbearable odors, discharge, and build up. The fact that Feminists see no problem with adding blood and other types of monthly discharge to the mix is not only disgusting, but alarming and unhealthy.

You're urged to disregard and reject this new hardcore feminist trend, both for your own health and the health of those around you. If you happen to come in contact with a Feminist who tries to push this disgusting idea on you, throw a tampon at them and run away as fast as you can.

"Nice" is for Wimps

If this man tells me to "be nice" ONE more time, I might absolutely do this..

The thing is, he's not a bad guy. He's just a GUY, and most men don't get it. They don't see how offensive they can be, until a woman points it out.

Why not advise me to

Be bold.
Be brave.
Be fearless.
Be inspired.
Be ambitious.
Be MYSELF.

Why nice? Why on earth would I want to be nice? If someone needs me to be nice that usually means their weak as shit.

This doesn't mean I should be disrespectful. I can be quite professional and succinct.

But nice?

I don't like where nice girls end up.

I've had men say, "Be good." I look at them like, who the fuck are you, ET?

"Be good" has a translation:

DON'T FUCK ANYONE ELSE WHILE WE'RE APART.

"Be good" also ranks high on the condescension chart.

I usually tell men to "Be safe."

Translation?

"Where a condom dummy."

Nothing condescending about that.

I'm not liking this post.

I feel my anger rising.

Time to go. I'm over men's bullshit right now..

10 Things Men Wish Women Knew About Sex

Hello Readers. Happy New Year my loves. There are many "What men want" lists out there, but you know me. I take what I post very seriously (because YOU'LL be reading it), so I did my own research on this article before posting. The consensus amongst my guy friends is that the 10 things listed here are very accurate.

Freud called female sexuality “the dark continent”; if that’s true, male sexuality could qualify as the dark planet. But when it comes to sex, guys are simple, right? Not true. The bedroom is one of the great stages of male performance, and as such, what you see and hear is typically the role, not the reality. It’s no wonder, in trying to please the actor, a woman loses sight of a guy’s true identity. Here are 10 “unmasking” facts you may want to know:

1. We Respond to Praise

It’s believed that men are so consumed by our libido that we have no self-consciousness surrounding sex. But men are no different from women when it comes to compliments as catalysts for sexual confidence. This praise can be delivered before reaching the bedroom (give us the once-over and tell us how buff we look), and after (give us the once-over and tell us how buff we look naked). Along those lines, men worry about the size of their guts (and other measurable organs), their hair (or lack thereof) and other attributes. Try to be extra affirming about those sensitivities.

2. We Fear Intimacy..

..but not for the reason you think! Studies have shown that boys are more affectionate, even more expressive, than girls until they reach school age. At that time, social repression begins—of words, thoughts, feelings—and our desire for human connection goes underground. So taboo is this desire for intimacy that its possibility can terrify men—not because it’s smothering, but because we realize how desperate we are for it. What’s a woman to do? First, understand that your guy’s hasty retreat post-sex may be about his own shock at how much he craves a connection with you (and how much he’s denied it in life). Then, retreat a little yourself. This gives him time to see that his boyhood habits are, in fact, perfectly manly.

3. We Appreciate Sex for Sex’s Sake

Having said that about intimacy, sometimes a little “throw-me-down sex” is the right medicine. According to Joe Kort, PhD, a psychotherapist and sexologist, “Men want their wives to enjoy raw sex, not just endure it or take it personally. For men, it’s not about dominating a woman, but ravishing her.” On occasion, try letting him ravish you.

4. We Are Not Just Our..

The penis gets all the press, but men have “many erogenous zones,” says psychologist Melodie Schaefer, PsyD. “Men tend not to correct women because they’re afraid women will shut down and not touch them at all. But there are many places a woman should touch.” Like the chest, the inner thighs and face. Two other key areas: Gently gripping a man’s testicles can be a real turn-on, as it blends control with release. Also, stimulating the perineum, the area between the scrotum and anus, will heighten pleasure during oral sex.

5. We Encourage Fantasies

“Men want to share their fantasies but worry their wives will shame or judge them,” says Dr. Kort. Similarly, Dr. Schaefer reports that men wish women would reveal their imaginings. Want to open yourself to these possibilities? Try making a game of it. First, and most important, promise not to judge the other; then, privately write out scenarios that have tantalized you and place them in a box. When you are next intimate, pull one out. If you’re both comfortable, give it a shot. If not, Dr. Kort recommends asking the author a key question: What about this fantasy do you like? Sometimes, its themes can be addressed in different, more comfortable scenarios.

6. We Like It When You Talk

Talking during sex stimulates more than our ears. What kind of talk? Dirty, praising and instructive are great starts. As amusing as it may sound, a woman’s words can make a guy feel as potent and virile as a Roman gladiator, even if he’s a suburban banker.

7. We Need Your Honesty

Sex can solve the stresses of a relationship, but it’s often where the stresses show up. If we complain
about a lack of sex (or your doing certain things only on our birthday), we may be overlooking serious issues that underpin such withholding. We need you to enlighten us. The male ego is often tied to sex, so it’s easy for us to dismiss bedroom problems as female disinterest rather than issues we have a part in. Avoiding these problems, however, only perpetuates your feeling unseen and our frustration.

8. We Enjoy the Dance

Men like a good quest; unfortunately, these days, there are so few. But romance earns that distinction. Allow us to court you; make us deserve your desire. Dr. Kort makes an additional point: “Emotional intimacy is about closeness, but sustaining sexual desire demands a certain amount of distance.” How do couples strike this tricky balance? By allowing each partner to have what he calls “separate sexuality”: a sexual life that doesn’t include, but doesn’t betray, the other. “For him, that might mean allowing his wife to use toys or letting other men look at her; for her, it might be permitting him to watch pornography in order to experience a fantasy.” Such indulgences help maintain the balance of desire and devotion for both parties.

9. We Can Explain Pornography

Finding a spouse using pornography is a top reason couples seek counsel, says Dr. Kort, but it
shouldn’t be overreacted to or pathologized. A few things to clear up: 1. Sex addicts represent only 4 percent of the population, so it’s unlikely your man is one. 2. Because childhood experiences influence sexuality as an adult, people are very idiosyncratic about what turns them on. In other words, says Dr. Kort, “no woman can, nor should she, be everything to a man.” Still, the question remains: How does a woman not take pornography personally? First, determine if your mate is compulsive, or can only have sex, with pornography. If so, you may want to seek counseling. If not, Dr. Kort recommends taking the secrecy out of pornography by discussing it. Use the lens of “what about it turns him on versus what turns you off.” That way, a dialogue is created that allows for honesty, dignity and closeness.

10. We Always Need It, But Not for the Reason You Think

Men are accused of being sexually insatiable, but women should rethink this. “Men see sex as a celebration,” says Dr. Schaefer. “They wish women would take more of a ‘carpe diem’ approach to it. We move through life at the speed of sound, with multiplying challenges and pressures. It’s easy to allow demands on our time and energy to rob us of the joy, pleasure and opportunity that sex affords us. On the long list of priorities, it should not be on the bottom rung.” If that doesn’t make you want to “seize the day” (or something else), consider the health benefits: Orgasms release oxytocin, which has been called the “bonding hormone,” bringing couples closer together while it alleviates anxiety and stress, reduces blood pressure and promotes healing.

If none of these tips help, you can always read this book. The reviews are pretty positive.

The Best Twitter #cosbymemes

Oh Bill Cosby. Bill Bill Bill. What were you thinking? Your challenge for Twitter followers to meme you is a prime example of the aloofness of Hollywood icons. You believe the hype. The constant adoration. The bright-eyed fans, beaming upon finally meeting their idol. The starstruck celebrity, greeting one of their greatest career influences in person. All of the praise, worship and fanfare can make a person truly believe they're the Hollywood god people make them out to be. With all of the special treatment and obese bank accounts, self-absorbed celebs forget about (and can't escape) one teensy-weensy aspect of celebrity life:

TWITTER.

The honest, unrelenting and un-paid off folks of Twitter can pop any ego. They can bring any head in the clouds down to earth rather quickly, and most important, without the need of any PR translator, Twitter can let the world know where any celebrity stands in 140 characters or less.

Yes folks.

Twitter can definitely be a feeling-hurter.

No directors. No special effects. No scripts. Simply pure, unadulterated opinions of what the 'little guy' feels about you. Bill should've known better. One could suppose that because Hollywood has basically remained mum on the rape topic, he wasn't aware of true public opinion. He was under the assumption that everyone had swept his rape allegations under the rug. Nope! Hollywood, a town in which he's a legend in the "untouchable" category, under unspoken instruction has said nothing about his 14+ rape allegations. If he didn't know before, Mr. Cosby should be well aware that Twitter ain't Hollywood. The allegiance paid to pudding pop titans is not guaranteed in Twitville. He thought he was going to get memes of good ole' fashioned family fun.

He couldn't have been more wrong. The meme generator was a terrible move.

Dems' the breaks Bill. That's what you get for being a rapist.

Here are some of the funniest memes from Twitter (that weren't immediately pulled and deleted).:

There are also court documents filed by past victims. Cosby's prior allegations

14 allegations over 20 years. Women who've never met, living in different states. Some paid off, some not. The one thing they have in common are their stories. All accounts of rape were almost identical. Are you proud of yourself "Dr." Cosby?
